- Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Our products are made to order, and processing times vary depending on the item:

  • Keycaps: Each set is produced in-house with care and precision. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
  • Deskmats: All deskmats are fulfilled through a trusted third-party partner and typically take 2–5 business days to produce before shipping.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If your order includes both keycaps and deskmats, they will arrive separately since they’re fulfilled from different locations.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the product type:

  • Keycaps: After production (3–7 business days), delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. and 7–15 business days for international orders.
  • Deskmats: After production (2–5 business days), delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. and 10–20 business days for international orders.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

If your order includes both keycaps and deskmats, they will ship separately and may arrive on different days.

- If your package didn't arrive, please click the contact button and email us at [support@kenokeys.com]. We will check the fulfillment status on our end, and if the package is lost, help guide you through the claims process.

- Contact your shipping provider to check package status. Once we get a clear status, our next steps are to file a claim. For some situations, we file the claim while in others, the claim needs to be filed by the customer. We will provide guidance.

Please note that depending on where you are changing the address to, there may be additional shipping charges. Keep in mind we do ship our orders within 2-3 business days, so let us know as soon as possible.

Returns

Returns are only available to customers who receive damaged products. This policy is effective only if the request for a return is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

- We will be happy to accommodate you with a replacement key(s) and/or fully refund your purchase.

- Please repack the item carefully into it's original package to prevent further damage. We will then send you an email with a provided return label along with steps to complete the process.

- Due to the limited quantity of our products, we are unable to guarantee an equal replacement. However, we will work with you to make sure you are made whole through the claims process, by either a refund, or replacement if we have the item in stock.
