- We only offer free shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. Only).

- In most instances, we ship your order within 2-3 business days.

- Depending on which carrier you choose will determine how fast your receive your product. Typically, after processing/shipping you should expect to receive your item one week after purchasing.

- If your package didn't arrive, please click the contact button and email us at [support@kenokeys.com]. We will check the fulfillment status on our end, and if the package is lost, help guide you through the claims process.

- Contact your shipping provider to check package status. Once we get a clear status, our next steps are to file a claim. For some situations, we file the claim while in others, the claim needs to be filed by the customer. We will provide guidance.

Please note that depending on where you are changing the address to, there may be additional shipping charges. Keep in mind we do ship our orders within 2-3 business days, so let us know as soon as possible.

Returns

Returns are only available to customers who receive damaged products. This policy is effective only if the request for a return is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

- We will be happy to accommodate you with a replacement key(s) and/or fully refund your purchase.

- Please repack the item carefully into it's original package to prevent further damage. We will then send you an email with a provided return label along with steps to complete the process.

- Due to the limited quantity of our products, we are unable to guarantee an equal replacement. However, we will work with you to make sure you are made whole through the claims process, by either a refund, or replacement if we have the item in stock.

Pre-order

The journey from concept to your fingertips is a detailed process. The pre-order timeline spans 3-5 months, encompassing crucial phases like sampling, production, shipping, and stringent quality inspection. This ensures each keycap meets the highest standards of design and functionality.

Note: There can be delays or setbacks. Delays can be caused by issues during production, quality inspection, or the shipping process. Rest assured, our dedicated team is committed to overcoming any obstacles to deliver an unparalleled product.

Once you secure your item, please note that refunds or cancellations cannot be processed after 24 hours. The pre-order process demands meticulous planning and resource allocation, making it challenging to accommodate changes once production is in full swing.
